Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cleanliness of our laundry facilities. Your primary duties will include laundering linens, supervising laundry operations, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens according to established procedures
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain inventory of clean linens and supplies
- Ensure all laundry areas are clean, organized, and free from clutter
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles and practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
- Previous experience in a custodial or laundry role preferred
- Leadership skills for supervising laundry operations
